Skateboarder Tony Hawk posted an emotional account of his 92-year old mother who has Alzheimer’s disease in a social media post Saturday.

This isn’t the first time Hawk has taken to social media to share his mother’s struggle. The skateboarder is honest abou the family caregiver experience and encourages his fans to call their moms and hold fond memories close.
