TheWorxHub adds security management application

TheWorxHub by Dude Solutions, a provider of cloud-based operations management solutions for senior living, has launched a new security application within its platform to help communities improve security rounding, document and manage incidents and maintain a safe living environment for their residents.

This mobile security solution eliminates the burden of cumbersome, paper-based processes and helps reduce the risk of incomplete or missed documentation while removing the challenges associated with information sharing among staff. Mobile reporting of incidents helps increase timely communication across departments and improves staff productivity while reducing potential liability issues.

Security staff can use the application to complete their daily rounds and log incidents on their smartphones or tablets within TheWorxHub and track all required details for future reporting and corrective action. To ensure a seamless handoff between staff shifts, TheWorxHub consolidates the days’ notes, incidents and rounds into a daily log for review.

Creating more visibility for management to oversee inspections, rounds are automatically created and pushed to mobile devices allowing security officers to provide detailed updates as they are completed. The user’s location coordinates are logged as a further safeguard to ensure rounds are completed and reported on schedule. Dashboards provide instant oversight with a timeline of all reported activities and access to review open incidents.
