Stakeholders surveyed on culture change

ATLANTA–A national online survey of practitioners and stakeholders was conducted to compile a multidisciplinary perspective of culture change.

Addie Johnson, EDAC, Organizational and Environmental Gerontologist, School of Architecture and Urban Planning—University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee; and Mark Proffitt, Fellow, report on the survey's results as they impact the four planes (Organizational, Operational, Environmental, and Financial) that must be explored to develop and pursue culture change.

Their presentation, “Constructing a Road Map for Culture Change in Long-Term Care: A National Stakeholder Perspective,” will be presented at the EFA Virtual Symposium on April 19, 2011. Registration information for this event will be available soon on www.iadvanceseniorcare.com.
