‘Sneak peak’ of LeadingAge Ziegler 150 released
Moving up from the No. 2 spot on the 2014 LeadingAge Ziegler 150, National Senior Campuses in Maryland tops the list this year, according to a "sneak peak" released by Ziegler last week. Every year, Ziegler partners with LeadingAge to publish the top 150 largest, not-for-profit providers who own and manage the largest portion of affordable housing for seniors.
"The primary ranking, which details the largest 150 not-for-profit providers of market-rate units, ranges from a high of 18,122 (National Senior Campuses) to 550 market-rate units (Life Care Pastoral Services)," the email states. The full list will be published this fall.
The rest of the top five includes:
- Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society
- ACTS Retirement-Life Communities
- Presbyterian Homes and Services
- Covenant Retirement Communities, Inc.
