NIC, NREI partner on new housing market survey
The National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing & Care Industry (NIC) is teaming up with National Real Estate Investor (NREI) to launch a new resource on senior housing trends. The annual survey will present the property market outlook by seeking input from owners, developers and builders, as well as the lending and investment communities, according to a NIC press release.
The joint effort combines NIC’s expertise in the senior housing market and the national reach of NREI’s experience in commercial real estate development and financal trends.
“Given the dynamic market cycles of the seniors housing property market, operators and investors alike are keenly interested in the outlook for the sector’s supply and demand trends as well as its market’s prospects for both debt and equity capital,” said Chuck Harry, NIC managing director and director of research and analytics, in the release.
The results of the first survey will be released this fall on NREI’s website and will be presented at the NIC National Conference in October.
