New workforce analytics tools available for LTC

OnShift, Cleveland, now offers OnShift Hire for hiring recommendations and OnShift Hire for applicant tracking. The analytics tool uses a graphical dashboard to identify personnel shortages, analyze staffing and pay patterns and create models to determine potential hiring impacts. Once an opening is determined, the applicant tracking tool gives organizations the ability to create a job requisition automatically and to use recruiting tools to build an appropriate pool of candidates, manage talent acquisition online and track the progress of the entire hiring process.
