NCAL announces change at the top
The American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) will have a new executive director for the assisted living organization later this summer. Meanwhile, the AHCA/NCAL organization also will welcome a new team member for the membership insurance and programs.
Scott Tittle, currently the state executive for the Indiana Health Care Association, will take over the helm at NCAL as its new executive director. Prior to that role, Tittle had served as Indiana’s health policy director.
David Kyllo, the past executive director of NCAL and a 21-year member of the AHCA/NCAL association, will become AHCA/NCAL’s vice president, insurance and member programs.
AHCA/NCAL President and CEO Mark Parkinson announced the two appointments today in an email to the media.
Pamela Tabar was editor-in-chief of I Advance Senior Care from 2013-2018. She has worked as a writer and editor for healthcare business media since 1998, including as News Editor of Healthcare Informatics. She has a master’s degree in journalism from Kent State University and a master’s degree in English from the University of York, England.
