MatrixCare announces new POS software
MatrixCare has created a smarter way to track sales.
The largest long-term, post-acute care (LTPAC) technology provider in the United States has announced MatrixCare Point of Sale. The new software allows facilities to manage all retail and ancillary charges throughout the community while accessing individual resident profiles complete with a photo, dietary needs and preferences.
“We recognized the demand from for an intelligent Point of Sale solution that can modernize the unique service operations of LTPAC facilities and help providers maximize revenue from ancillary services, reduce errors and simplify billing and reporting,” said MatrixCare President and CEO John Damgaard in a press release. “In addition, through value-added integration with our industry-leading MealTracker nutrition management system, we are able to improve outcomes by prohibiting clinically-inappropriate nutrition choices and recommending healthy alternatives.”
MatrixCare Point of Sale supports restaurant-style dining, casual bistro, tableside and kiosk-style dining. will allow users to identify resident restrictions, communicate with kitchen staff, manage meal plans and orders are accurately processed.
