The New Wave of Foodservice Technology in Senior Care

LTC resources on demand

Long-Term Living‘s July issue historically has focused on business-building resources for the LTC industry, encompassing facilities, resident care and technology products and services. This year’s

Industry Guide offers the same popular content but it’s been retooled to better serve our readers-call it version 2.0, if you will.

With this issue, we’re providing print content at your fingertips with online links for expanded coverage. We’ve reorganized the guide to silo information by topic; for example, you’ll find technology-related content, including articles and directory listings, located in one section for easy reference. You’ll find the same format for facilities and resident care.

We’ve also included compelling feature articles targeting each topic. Check out the resident care section, where Editor Kevin Kolus profiles an innovative patient education program at a cardiac rehab unit. In the facilities section, three top-notch senior living designers debate the pros and cons of facility installations and, in the technology section, a respected industry expert weighs in on technology innovations in long-term care.

As for the directory, we’re bringing you a more user-friendly experience. All listings in the print issue are also featured online with advanced search options. Listings include hyperlinks to both contact emails and websites. Social media, video and brochure downloads will be available with some of the online resources.

Also new this year are reports on the results of a Long-Term Living readership survey which examines purchasing and usage trends. I think you’ll find the results illuminating as you consider your own buying plans.

Here’s hoping our revamped guide will serve you well as you manage your organization’s operations-today and in the months ahead.
