The Summit County (Ohio) medical examiner ruled accidental death in the case of Martha Jendrix, 94, a resident at Elmcroft of Sagamore Hills, a provider of assisted living and Alzheimer/dementia care.
Elmcroft’s employees continue to cooperate with police in the investigation of how Jendrix came to be outdoors, Greg Kaminski, executive director said in an article. The facility was recently surveyed and received no citations. A 2013 resident satisfaction survey gave the facility high marks (96.89 percent).
