Hospitalist Company Acquires LTC Provider Group in Colorado
IPC The Hospitalist Company, Inc., a national hospitalist physician group practice company, has acquired Senior Care of Colorado, PC. Senior Care of Colorado provides geriatric care at more than 200 facilities in the Denver metro area with an annualized volume of more than 200,000 patient encounters.

Michael Wasserman, MD, and Don Murphy MD, co-founders of Senior Care of Colorado, will both continue to practice at IPC, with Dr. Murphy in the position of Practice Group Leader for geriatric care.
