HHHunt invests $179M in senior living
Senior living real estate developer HHHunt is investing $179 million in new properties and expansions in North Carolina, Maryland and Virginia. The new projects will include a new senior living community in North Carolina and the addition of memory care services at two existing communities in the state. HHHunt is also planning new and expanded communities in 2016 and 2017.
HHHunt has 21 other senior living communities in North Carolina, Maryland, South Carolina and Virginia.
