ADMINISTRATOR'S COMMENTS

Sister Eletta Felli, Chief Administrator, Villa Raffaella: "The entrance to the facility is very nice and welcoming, with a living room on the right and a library with a fireplace on the left. Because we are a religious community, the chapel is the main focus, and residents like it very much.
"We have three different neighborhoods with household apartments, including two apartments for married couples. Between the neighborhoods are common areas, such as laundry rooms and kitchenettes. On the second floor is a beauty salon, which offers
more privacy, and residents like it because they don't want people to see them with their hair set.
"Besides the living room, library and chapel in the common area, we have a wellness center, a bistro, a main dining room and a private dining room. Along the front is the front porch, and at the back is a private, enclosed walking area. The residents love the front porch because they can see more activities-people coming in, cars going by; they really like to see what's going on.
"The facility is a little town. It's small, but beautiful."
