Wesley Village, located in Waco, Texas, is a 375,000-sq.-ft. planned senior living gated community that will accommodate a variety of lifestyles for its residents. The 55-acre site will provide a self-contained, tranquil residential neighborhood environment. The phased project offers many levels of senior living, including 50 executive homes, 80 independent living apartments with an independent living commons building, 50 assisted living units, 20 nursing care units, and 10 dementia units. Future residents of the 50 executive homes will have the option to select from seven spacious floor plans ranging in size from 1,600 square feet to 3,200 square feet. Wesley Village is an all-in-one exclusive retirement community offering many services and amenities, including restaurant-style dining, a theater, a multipurpose game room, a craft center, a neighborhood banking center, a gift shop/market, and an aquatic therapy wellness center.
