Continuing care norms added to staff assessment solution

Hiring and retaining skilled employees in the continuing care industry is challenging to say the least. But Woburn, Mass.-based HealthcareSource has added continuing care norms to its staff assessment behavioral assessment solution to help employers find the right person for the job.

The solution uses cloud-based software to measure and develop key competencies such as compassion, teamwork and flexibility that match the culture of the organization.
