AHRQ updates reporting software for nursing homes

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has updated its MONAHRQ Version 6.0 website-generating software with several enhancements.

The new version now allows organizations to report on nursing home quality, create profile pages for healthcare providers and generate utilization trend reports. And because it’s built using an open source framework, the system incorporates different types of data and allows organizations to create customized reports.

Local reports using Nursing Home Compare, Physician Compare and Hospital Compare also can now be generated from data provided by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
