The New Wave of Foodservice Technology in Senior Care

A touchdown for assisted living?

The Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio, is planning to undertake a $1.3 billion expansion that could add hotels, a conference center and corporate training facilities to the museum—and an assisted living community for retired football players who are in the hall.

According to National Public Radio, “Legend's Landing” could provide memory care for the living inductees, currently exceeding 160 in number. The project is conceptual at this point.
