Risk management resource is launched

A free online resource, Safety Central, is now available to offer healthcare organizations. It offers a “library of resources” to help healthcare professionals reduce risk, protecting clients and staff. The information and training videos are targeted to hospice, long-term care and home healthcare agencies.

A service of insurance professionals Glatfelter Healthcare Practice, the site addresses issues related to risk control, loss, management and safety. It is user-friendly and can be accessed by desktop, tablet or mobile devices, according to the company.

“Safety Central…was created as a central location for the most up-to-date information on risk reduction from the most trusted organizations in the industry,” says Shawn Yingling, president of Glatfelter Healthcare Practices.
