The 23 MB download includes changes to the following sections of the RAI Manual: Title Page, Table of Contents, Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Chapter 3 (Introduction, Sections: C, H, I, K, M, N and O), Chapter 4, Chapter 6 and Appendices (A, B, C and E).
CMS noted that files from earlier versions of the manual—e.g., V1.05 from May—are contained in the manual download but do not have an associated change table file with this update.
