Sunrise launches blog for seniors, caregivers
Sunrise Senior Living announced last week the launch of a new blog aimed at providing online resources to seniors, their family caregivers and other industry professionals.
“We know that many people who care for seniors turn to the Internet to research information related to senior health and wellness, and we are excited to share the knowledge we’ve gained over the past 30 years with those who can benefit from our expertise,” Sunrise CEO Mark Ordan said in a statement.
The blog includes articles on topics such as Alzheimer’s and memory care, finance and planning, senior leisure and lifestyle and senior living options. Contributors will also use evidence-based research to write advice for family caregivers to communicate with and enhance quality of life for loved ones with Alzheimer’s and other forms of memory loss.
