Jill is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the restaurant and contract dining industries. Currently serving as Divisional President for non traditional business within CCL Hospitality Group, she drives operational excellence through her expertise in Financial P&L Management, Food & Beverage, Operations Management, and Customer Service. Her focus is on supporting self up organizations with an above unit management support infrastructure to curate & enhance dining programs.

Jill joined CCL Hospitality Group in 2018 as Regional Vice President, quickly advancing to Vice President of Operations and then to her current role as DP. Her prior roles include District Manager at Unidine and Chief Operations Officer at Strategic Dining Services, where she honed her leadership and team-building skills. With a focus on efficiency, innovation, and exceptional guest/resident experiences, Jill continues to elevate CCL Hospitality Group’s performance and customer satisfaction.

Jessica has an extensive career in healthcare foodservice operations in both acute care and senior living with over 20 years of experience. She has been successful working in both the contract-managed and self-operation environments and has extensive knowledge of regulations, industry standards and day-to-day operations of healthcare foodservice in both single and multi-site healthcare systems. In her role, Jessica is responsible for the successful execution of all Menu Solutions activities. She works with Field Menu Solutions Specialists to ensure consistent implementation of menu services and customer relationships.

Ellen Lowre is the Vice President of Nutrition, Wellness, and Sustainability at CCL Hospitality Group, bringing over 15 years of experience in health and wellness leadership. With a strong background as a clinical dietitian and holding a Bachelor of Science in Food & Nutrition, Ellen has led large-scale, enterprise-level nutrition and wellness programs, delivering exceptional results through a blend of hands-on involvement and strategic cross-functional collaboration. Prior to CCL, she spent 12 years at Unidine Corporation, advancing through various nutrition leadership roles.
