Healthcare workers have a hard time grasping the notion that they individually have a personal brand. After all, they tell me it’s about others, not us. I say that, in this new year, think about you the brand. When you do it will change how you think about and present yourself. Consciously and unconsciously it will also start to change how you go about your job and the experience you deliver. That will positively impact your career and the success of your organization.
