Your opinion of administrators networking

As an administrator, do you feel networking is important for your professional development?

Comments:

– As administrators we cannot begin to know all there is to know about our profession. It is always good to learn from others’ experiences, be they good or bad ones.

– It is always good to see what others are doing, hear new ideas, and try different things. Competition is what makes communities better.

– There are so many challenges that we face and new ideas that can be generated through the support and network of other professionals.
