Business intelligence with a long-term care twist
OptimizeHealth, Dallas, has launched a new business intelligence tool to track everything from five-star quality ratings and QAPI to workforce management data.
The cloud-based vitalsBI software crosses all three platforms used in long-term care: clinical, financial and operational. It was designed with healthcare workflow and data analytics needs in mind, connecting insights on how components like staffing, customer satisfaction and operational margins relate to each other.
“Many organizations don’t have a technical team or support structure to consolidate data from separate systems like accounting, human resources, clinical documentation and coding, and electronic medical records,” says Greg Nicholas, OptimizeHealth’s managing partner. “vitalsBI is able to address that gap and grow with the customer’s business.”
The software is available for nursing homes, assisted living, primary care and specialty medical settings.
