Agility Holdings buys VCPI
VCPI, a Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based company providing IT solutions for long-term and post-acute care settings, has been purchased by Agility Holdings, LLC, also of Milwaukee. Craig Christianson, Agility’s co-owner, has had a long relationship with VCPI, having served as a consultant for VCPI for the past 16 years.
VCPI will keep its name, and Dan Weise will remain its CEO. Christianson will serve as chair of the board of directors.
Said Christianson, in a corporate announcement: “My goal is for VCPI to become broadly employee-owned over time, and provide a long-term perspective to benefit all our constituencies: employees, clients, the community, suppliers, and shareholders as a model of conscious capitalism.”
VCPI provides customized technology solutions to more than 2,400 long-term and post-acute care (LTPAC) provider locations and 80,000 end users nationwide.
