Blue Wolf Capital acquires National Home Health Care
New York-based private equity firm Blue Wolf Capital will acquire the National Home Health Care Corporation (NHHC) for $65 million.
NHHC and its subsidiaries provide home health aides; medical, behavioral health and pediatric skilled nursing; rehabilitative therapy; social work; paraprofessional; and staffing services in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
“NHHC provides outstanding service in a vital healthcare sector, and we believe this transaction will help take the company to the next level of growth,” says Jeremy Kogler, principal of Blue Wolf in a press release. “We anticipate growing demand for NHHC’s broad range of skilled professionals and we look forward to working with the NHHC team.”
Capital One Healthcare, part of Capital One Commercial Banking, served as administrative agent and lead bookrunner for the acquisition.
