Hospital, healthcare software company announce partnership
Hospital case managers in the south have a new tool to help patients find the best continuum of care facility.
SilverVue, a provider of hospital patient transitional care and telemedicine technologies, and Mountain States Health Alliance have partnered to feature SilverSearch in its patient post-acute care transitions at Mountain States hospitals throughout Tennessee and Virginia.
“We are delighted to partner with Mountain States Health Alliance to give patients visibility and choice in selecting their post-acute care providers,” says SilverVue Chief Executive Officer Will West in a press release. “Mountainview States is clearly committed to quality care in all of their facilities, and SilverVue is committed to helping their patients make choices that allow for the best possible care after they leave the hospital.”
The SilverVue searchable tablet directory helps patients choose their transitional care by filtering their choice of care facilities by specialized services, geographic location and preferred insurance provider. Results are shown in real time.
