2016 OPTIMA Award competition is open
Let the 2016 competition begin!
Submission are now being accepted for Long-Term Living's OPTIMA Award, which recognizes innovative, outcomes-oriented programs and initiatives that enhance quality of life and optimum daily functions for residents in long-term care settings—and the teamwork that makes those programs happen. All programs at nursing homes and assisted living/senior living communities are eligible. State and regional programs will be considered by the external third-party judging panel on a case-by-case basis.
The deadline for receipt of all materials is 5 p.m. ET Monday, May 16, 2016.

To begin the 2016 OPTIMA Award application process, complete the short registration form here. On completion of the form, you will be able to download the OPTIMA submission guide, which will help you prepare the rest of your submission. Filling out the registration form does not obligate you to submit.
