Submission are now being accepted for Long-Term Living's OPTIMA Award, which recognizes innovative, outcomes-oriented programs and initiatives that enhance quality of life and optimum daily functions for residents in long-term care settings—and the teamwork that makes those programs happen. All programs at nursing homes and assisted living/senior living communities are eligible. State and regional programs will be considered by the external third-party judging panel on a case-by-case basis.
